Garden cress seeds (Halim) Soaked
2 tbsp (30g)
Almond Milk
2 medium cup (500g)
cardamom powder
0.5 tsp (1g)
Dates
2 piece, pitted (14g)
Chopped Almonds (soaked & Peeled)

Instructions
Preparation
Soak the garden cress seeds (halim seeds) in water for 2-3 hours or overnight.
Drain the water from the soaked seeds and rinse them well.
Cooking Steps
In a pan, heat unsweetened almond milk over medium heat.
Add the soaked garden cress seeds (halim seeds) to the pan and let them cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cardamom powder, and pitted dates. Mix well.
Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the kheer thickens and the seeds are cooked.
Remove from heat and let it cool.
Garnish with chopped almonds and serve chilled.
