Cooking Steps
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and let the milk simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the milk cool down to 40-45 degrees Celsius.
Add the plain yogurt to the milk and stir well.
Cover the saucepan with a lid and place it in a warm place for 8-12 hours, or until the yogurt has set.
Once the yogurt has set, refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before serving.
