Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add flaxseed flour, water, and salt. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
Add crumbled paneer, chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped green bell pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with oil.
Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circular shape.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden brown.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
