Instructions
Preparation
-Wash and cut fish into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
In a bowl, mix together the ginger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add the fish pieces to the marinade and mix well.
Thread the fish pieces onto skewers and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the chopped cucumber, tomato, onion, and fresh coriander leaves.
Remove the fish from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Serve it
