Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, thinly sliced radishes, chopped fresh parsley, and chopped fresh mint leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
Add broken pita chips to the salad and toss again.
