Instructions
Cooking Steps
Warm the wheat tortilla in a pan or microwave for a few seconds.
Spread 1 tbsp of hummus on wrap.
Cut the falafel Tikki in half and place them on the wrap.
Add chopped tomatoes, and cucumbers on top of the falafel.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley and mint over the vegetables.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Roll up the wraps tightly and serve immediately
