For Falafel:
Rinse the soaked chickpeas in cold water and drain the water completely.
In a blender, blend the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley leaves, coriander leaves, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt until smooth.
Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and mix well.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Remove from heat and set aside.
For Sandwich:
Heat the pita bread in a toaster or oven until warm.
