Preparation
- Boil eggs, peel and remove yolk.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together low-fat yogurt, mustard oil, chaat masala, chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and coriander leaves.
Add chopped boiled egg whites to the bowl and mix well until the eggs are coated in the dressing.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
