Wheat, vermicelli
0.25 cup (50g)
Skimmed Milk
2 cup (300g)
cardamom powder
0.5 tsp (1g)

Cooking Steps
Heat pan over medium heat. Add vermicelli and dry roast until golden brown, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
Add milk to the pan and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the vermicelli is cooked and the milk has thickened.
Add cardamom powder to the pan. Stir well until the sugar has dissolved.
Simmer for another 5-10 minutes until the milk has thickened further and the flavors have melded together.
