Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash the coriander leaves and mint leaves well. Drain excess water.
In a blender or food processor, combine the coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chili, chopped ginger, cumin seeds, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
If the chutney is too thick, add a little water and blend again until it reaches your desired consistency.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl and serve it.
