Cooking Steps
Boil a glass of Water and turn off the heat and then add methi (fenugreek) seeds, jeera & dhaniya (coriander) seeds.
Cover the jar with a lid and let it soak overnight, or for at least 8 hours.
In the morning, strain the water and discard the solids.
Drink the infused water on empty stomach in the morning.
