-Chop almond and pistachios.
Cooking Steps
In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the low-fat milk and bring it to a boil.
Add the chopped dates and simmer on low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the milk has reduced to half its original volume and thickened.
Add cardamom powder, and stir well.
Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
