Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the moong dal, quinoa, and rice in water and soak them in water for 4-5 hours. Drain the water and grind the mixture into a smooth batter using water as needed.
Add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chili, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt to the batter. Mix well.
Heat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat and grease it with oil.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the tawa and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin pancake or cheela.
Cook the cheela for 2-3 minutes on one side until it turns golden brown. Flip it over and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
Serve hot with.
