Instructions
Preparation
-Wash, soak chana dal overnight.
-Pressure cook soaked chana dal in less water to get little thick consistency. Mash it , keep aside.
Cooking Steps
To make the marinade in a mixing bowl, combine the mashed chana, hung curd, besan flour, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, chopped coriander leaves, and salt.
Mix everything well to form a smooth mixture.
Let the chana mixture marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Take small portions of the chana mixture and shape them into small kebabs.
Now preheat the grill pan over medium heat and drizzle some oil.
Then place the chana kebab on it and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until grill mark appears.
Once the Dahi Chana Kebabs are cooked, remove them from the grill and serve hot.
