Instructions
Preparation
Cook the Rice & keep it aside
Cooking Steps
Mash the cooked rice and let it cool.
In a bowl, whisk together the plain skimmed milk curd and salt until smooth.
Add the mashed rice to the curd mixture and mix well.
Add grated carrot, grated cucumber, chopped coriander leaves to the bowl. Mix well.
In a small pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and urad dal. Let them splutter.
Add chopped green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for a few seconds.
Add the tempering to the curd rice bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
