Firm Tofu
1 cup, cubed (200g)
Rice Flour
2 tsp (10g)
Paprika powder
0.5 tsp (2.5g)
Common salt
0.25 tsp (1.25g)
Black Pepper

Peanut Butter without sugar

Soy sauce

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a bowl, combine the rice flour, paprika, garlic minced , salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Add the tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat them in the rice flour mixture.
Place the tofu cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle the oil over the tofu cubes and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
While the tofu is baking, prepare the sesame peanut sauce. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Serve the crispy tofu with the sesame peanut sauce.
Note: you can replace sesame peanut sauce with homemade sauce ( Roast and grind the peanuts to a fine paste; add 5 gms lightly roasted sesame seeds and grind them together; add desired condiments and spices)
