Cooking Steps
Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain and rinse the soaked almonds.
Add the almonds and 4 cups of water to a blender.
Blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it's smooth and creamy.
Strain the mixture through a nut milk bag or cheesecloth into a large bowl or pitcher. Squeeze the bag or cheesecloth to extract as much liquid as possible.
Transfer the almond milk to a glass jar or bottle and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
