Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, combine the couscous flour and salt.
Add warm water and mix well to form a dough. Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Dust a rolling board with some flour and roll out each ball into a thin circle.
Heat a skillet or tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out roti on the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it turns golden brown.
Brush the roti with some oil and cook for another 1-2 minutes until it's cooked through.
Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
Serve hot
