0.25 cup (40g)
Plain Water
2 medium cup (500g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Rinse the quinoa and rice separately under running water.
In a pressure cooker, combine the rinsed quinoa, rice, and water in a 1:2 ratio (1 part grains to 2 parts water).
Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high heat until you hear the first whistle.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and let the pressure release naturally.
Once the pressure has released, open the lid, fluff the quinoa and rice mixture with a fork, and let it cool slightly before serving.
