Millet Pulao (Kudo)
1 small bowl (50g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
· Rinse the kuddo millets under cold running water for a minute to remove any bitterness. Drain it well.
· In a small saucepan, bring cup of water to a boil. Add the rinsed millets and a pinch of salt. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the millets is cooked and the water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes. Fluff it with a fork.
