Preparation
- grate fresh coconut.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, combine the grated coconut, green chilies, ginger, and salt. Add water as needed and blend until the chutney reaches a smooth consistency.
Transfer the chutney to a serving bowl.
Heat oil in a small pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and urad dal. Let them splutter.
