Chopped Onion

Feta Cheese
0.25 cup, crumbled (30g)

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and chopped garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onion turns translucent.
Add chopped spinach to the skillet and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until it wilts.
Remove the skillet from heat and let it cool.
In a bowl, add crumbled feta cheese.
Add the cooled spinach mixture to the cheese and stir well.
Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese and spinach mixture.
Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
