Ginger Paste

Preparation
-Wash and cut fish into small pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the chonak fish pieces to the bowl and mix until all the pieces are coated in the marinade. Cover and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or oven to 375°F (190°C).
Thread the marinated fish pieces onto the skewers.
Brush the skewered fish with oil and grill or bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking time.
Once the fish is cooked through and lightly charred, remove from the grill or oven.
Drizzle lemon juice over the cooked fish and serve hot.
