Preparation
For Crispy Noodles:
-Boil noodles until al dente, rinse with cold water, and pat dry.
-Toss with rice flour, salt, and a few drops of oil.
-Air Fry at 180°C for 10–12 mins, shaking halfway.
-Transfer in bowl, keep aside
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together crispy noodles, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, thinly sliced capsicum, chopped spring onion greens.
In a separate bowl, mix together chili garlic sauce and salt to make the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the noodle and vegetable mixture and toss well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve immediately.
