Instructions
Preparation
-Wash baby corn.
- Chop spring onion
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add the paneer cubes & baby corn pieces into the bowl and gently toss until it is evenly coated .
Heat some oil in a pan, stir- fry the paneer cubes and baby corn until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove it from oven and place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
In another pan, heat some oil add minced garlic and grated ginger and sauté for a minute until they release their aroma.
Add the onions and green chilies to the pan. Stir-fry until the onions become translucent and slightly caramelized.
Now, add the green bell pepper and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they become slightly tender but still retain their crunch.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and vinegar. Pour this mixture over the sautéed vegetables, and stir well.
Adjust the salt and spice levels according to your taste.
Finally, add the paneer cubes & baby corn to the sauce and toss everything together until it is evenly coated with the sauce.
Garnish with spring onions & Serve hot.
