Ingredients
Pepper, black

Instructions
Preparation
-Cut paneer into cubes.
- Wash, chop onion stalk.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add black pepper, and salt. Mix well. Add the paneer cubes to the bowl and gently toss until the paneer is evenly coated .
Heat some oil in a frying pan, stir- fry the paneer cubes until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove the paneer and place it on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
In another pan, heat same oil used for frying, add garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute until they release their aroma.
Add the onions and green chilies to the pan. Stir-fry until the onions become translucent and slightly caramelized.
Now, add the capsicum and continue to stir-fry for a couple of minutes until they become slightly tender but still retain their crunch.
In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and vinegar. Pour this mixture over the sautéed vegetables, and stir well.
Adjust the salt and spice levels according to your taste.
Finally, add the paneer cubes to the sauce and toss everything together until the paneer is evenly coated with the sauce.
Serve hot.
