Red Onion

Preparation
-Wash and slice chicken carefully.
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add sliced chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are cooked.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a small bowl, whisk together the salt ,pepper, skimmed milk curd and lemon juice.
Lay the roti on a flat surface and spread the curd dressing on each roti.
Add chopped lettuce, sliced red onion, sliced cucumber, and grated carrot on top of the yogurt dressing.
Add the cooked chicken slices on top of the vegetables.
Roll up the roti tightly.
Serve immediately.
