Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Place the chicken breasts in a large pot and add enough water or chicken broth to cover them.
Bring the water or broth to a boil over high heat.
Once the water or broth is boiling, reduce the heat to medium-low and cover the pot with a lid.
Simmer the chicken breasts for 15-20 minutes, or until they are fully cooked. You can check if the chicken is done by cutting into it to see if the juices run c

In a large mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast. Mix well.
Add lukewarm water and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it is soft and pliable.
Cover the dough and let it rest for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the dough into a thin circle and place it on a baking tray.
Spread pizza sauce over the dough evenly.
