Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a Pan sauté chicken in oil with a pinch of turmeric.
Set aside chicken, then in the same pan, sauté chopped onions, red capsicum, carrot.
Add spinach and cook briefly.
Beat eggs whites with salt and pepper.
Pour eggs over veggies, add cooked chicken.
Cook until set, flip, and cook the other side.
