Preparation
-Wash and cut chicken into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a bowl, mix together low-fat Greek yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well to coat the chicken with the marinade. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a baking sheet with olive oil. Place the chicken cubes on the baking sheet, making sure they are not touching each other.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and slightly browned.
In a pan, heat oil over medium heat. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add tomato puree to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens.
Add garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Add the baked chicken cubes to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
