Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add minced garlic, ginger, and chopped green chili. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes until they soften and turn mushy.
Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add boneless chicken pieces and mix well, ensuring the chicken is coated in the masala.
Add water and mix well.
Cover the pot with a lid and let it cook for 15-20 minutes over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
