Instructions
Preparation
-Take boneless chicken, cut into small cubes.
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, combine chicken cubes, ginger paste, garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken cubes and cook for 8-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
In another pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add green and red bell peppers and sauté for another 2-3 minutes until they turn slightly tender.
Add tomato ketchup and soy sauce (if using). Mix well.
Add 1/4 cup of water to the pan and stir well until the sauce thickens.
Transfer the sautéed vegetables to a sizzling plate. Add the cooked chicken on top of the vegetables.
Serve hot.
