Instructions
Preparation
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
Wash and cut chicken into pieces.
Cooking Steps
In a wok , heat the oil over high heat. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry for 5-10 minutes until it is cooked through.
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and carrot to the wok and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until they are cooked.
Add the minced garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the boiled noodles to the wok and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until they are heated through.
Add soy sauce, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the flavors blend together.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot
