Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, add yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, lemon juice, salt, and oil. Mix well.
Add the chicken lollipops to the marinade, and coat them well. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using an oven, preheat it to 200°C.
Thread the chicken lollipops onto skewers, leaving some space between each lollipop.
Place the skewers on the grill or on a baking sheet in the oven. Grill or bake for 10-12 minutes on each side until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char on the outside.
Serve hot.
