Chicken Farcha
Chicken Farcha is a popular Parsi dish that consists of deep-fried chicken pieces that are marinated in a mixture of spices. For this recipe, we will be using a combination of besan (chickpea flour) and rice flour instead of bread crumbs to make it gluten-free and healthier. It is also easy to make and is perfect as a snack or as a part of a main meal.
