Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, finely chopped cabbage, green onions, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, salt, and warm water until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and use a round cookie cutter or glass to cut out circles.
Place a spoonful of the chicken filling in the center of each dough circle.
Fold the dough in half and pinch the edges together to seal the dumpling.
Repeat with the remaining dough circles and filling.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings to the pot and cook for 4-5 minutes until they are cooked through.
Serve hot with soy sauce or chili oil for dipping
