Instructions
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the curd, chia seeds and milk cream.
Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the chia seeds have absorbed the liquid and the mixture has thickened.
Before serving, give the mixture a good stir.
