Green Peas
0.25 small cup (25g)
Plain Water
4 medium cup (1000g)
Olive Oil

Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and celery and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add green peas. Stir well.
Pour in water. Stir well and bring the mixture to boil.
Reduce heat to low and let the soup simmer for 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft and cooked through.
Turn off the heat and let the soup cool down for a few minutes.
Blend the soup in a blender or use a hand blender to blend it until it reaches a smooth consistency.
Pour the soup back into the pot and reheat over low heat. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot, garnish with fresh parsley leaves.
