Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make cabbage pea bhurji, first boil water
Step 2: Add cabbage pieces to it and keep it aside for 10 minutes
Step 3: Remove water from it and finely chop it
Step 4: Now put it in the food processor and bark at once
Step 5: Now heat oil in a pan
Step 6: Add grated cauliflower and fry it for 5 minutes
Step 7: Keep it separately
Step 8: Now heat oil in another pan and add finely chopped onions
Step 9: Cook till the onion becomes soft and then add ginger garlic paste
Step 10: Cook for 1 minute and then add tomatoes to it
Step 11: Cook till the tomatoes are soft and then add peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt
Step 12: Let it cook for 5 minutes
Step 13: Cover the pan and cook until the cauliflower is cooked
Step 14: Add some garam masala, mix and serve hot
Step 15: Serve cabbage peas bhurji with dal fry and tawa paratha for dinner
