Cooking Steps
Step 1: To make cauliflower leaf chutney, first of all take out the leaf inside the cabbage and wash it well
Step 2: Dry and cut it well
Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan
Step 4: Add urad dal, dry red chilli and cook till the dal turns golden
Step 5: Keep it aside
Step 6: Add some more oil to the same pan
Step 7: Add cabbage leaves, salt and cook till the leaves become soft
Step 8: Now add tomatoes, garlic and mix well
Step 9: Cook until tomatoes are soft
Step 10: After cooking, turn off the gas and allow this mixture to cool
Step 11: Pour it into a mixer grinder with the dal mixture and grind it
Step 12: Add some water and salt and grind it once more
Step 13: For tempering, add mustard seeds to a tempering pan
Step 14: After 10 seconds, add cumin, asafoetida and curry leaves
Step 15: After 15 seconds, add it to the chutney and mix
Step 16: Serve Cabbage Leaves Chutney with Vegetable Sambar and Rice for dinner
