0.25 cup, chopped (50g)
Instructions
Cooking Steps
Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
Boil or steam the carrots until they are soft and tender. This will take around 15-20 minutes.
Once the carrots are cooked, let them cool down to room temperature.
Transfer the cooked carrots to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
If the puree is too thick, you can add a little water to thin it out.
Transfer the puree to a container and store it in the refrigerator.
