In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour (besan), water, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well, ensuring there are no lumps.
In a non-stick pan, dry roast the cumin seeds until they turn fragrant.
Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
Add chopped capsicum (green bell pepper) and sauté for 5-7 minutes until they turn slightly tender.
Add the gram flour (besan) mixture to the pan. Mix well, ensuring the capsicum is coated in the mixture.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 8-10 minutes over low heat until the gram flour is cooked through and the mixture thickens.
