Instructions
Cooking Steps
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Add grated ginger. Cook for another minute until the raw smell disappears.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the finely chopped cabbage and green peas to the pan. Stir and cook for a few minutes.
Let the vegetables simmer on low heat for about 10-15 minutes or until they are tender. Stir occasionally
Once the cabbage and peas are cooked, sprinkle garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
