Instructions
Cooking Steps
Wash and shred the Brussels sprouts.
In a large mixing bowl, add the shredded Brussels sprouts, chopped tomatoes, onions, cucumber, carrot, and green bell pepper.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of the vegetables.
Add the chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
