Plain Water
1 medium cup (250g)
Chopped Onion
0.5 small cup (50g)
Chopped Tomato
0.5 small cup (50g)
Fresh Coriander Leaves (chopped)

0.5 cup (100g)

Instructions
Preparation
Wash & soak brown rice for 2-3 hours.
Drain the soaked brown rice and transfer it to a blender or food processor.
Add water and blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to form a smooth batter.
Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the brown rice batter and chopped onion, tomato, capsicum, coriander leaves, green chili, cumin seeds, and salt. Mix well
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Grease the pan with a little oil. you can use spray oil to control the oil amount.
Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a thin circle.
Cook the cheela for 2-3 minutes until the bottom side is golden brown.
Flip the cheela and cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes until it is cooked through.
Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
Serve hot.
