Cooking Steps
Steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes, until tender but still crisp. Rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add tofu cubed cook the tofu until it is lightly browned.
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, salt and pepper to make the dressing.
Add the cubed tofu and steamed broccoli to the bowl with the dressing and toss well to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
