Whole Wheat Flour

Broccoli
0.5 small cup floret (50g)
Cumin seeds

Garam Masala

Instructions
Preparation
Cut the broccoli into florets and wash them thoroughly.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add salt.
Add the broccoli florets to the boiling water and blanch for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn bright green.
Drain the broccoli well and pat it dry with paper towels.
Grate the broccoli florets using a box grater or a food processor and keep it aside
Cooking Steps
In a large mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, grated broccoli, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water as needed to make a soft and pliable dough.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
Roll out each ball into a circle, about 6-7 inches in diameter.
Heat a griddle or a tawa over medium heat.
Place the rolled-out paratha on the griddle and cook for 1-2 minutes on one side.
Flip the paratha and cook for another 1-2 minutes on the other side.
Cook for another 1-2 minutes on each side until the paratha is cooked through and golden brown.
Serve hot
