Instructions
Cooking Steps
Cut the bread slice into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they turn translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes and green chili. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the bread pieces and mix well, ensuring they are coated in the masala.
Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat until the bread is soft.
Remove the lid and add fresh coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix well.
Serve hot.
