Cooking Steps
In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat bran, whole wheat flour. Mix well.
Slowly add water to the mixture, mixing continuously until it forms a smooth and soft dough.
Knead the dough for a few minutes until it becomes soft and pliable.
Divide the dough into equal-sized balls.
On a floured surface, roll out each ball of dough into a thin circle.
Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat. Place the rolled-out roti on the tawa and cook for a few seconds until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
Flip the roti and cook for another few seconds until it starts to puff up.
Flip again and cook for a few more seconds until the roti is fully cooked.
Remove from the tawa and repeat the process with the remaining balls of dough.
