Preparation
To make Hung Curd:
-Take plain yogurt and place it in a cheesecloth or muslin cloth. Tie it and hang it for about 4-5 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. This will remove all the liquid from the yogurt and leave behind a thick and creamy hung curd.
Cooking Steps
In a blender, add the blueberries and lemon juice. Blend into a smooth puree.
Transfer the hung curd to a mixing bowl. Whisk it gently to make it smooth and creamy.
Fold the blueberry puree into the hung curd. Mix gently until well combined.
For a savory twist, add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh mint leaves or a few whole blueberries.
